Probe Head System

The probe head system has a wide range of applications. In addition to the TZTEK probe head system, Renishaw's probe head system is also compatible with TZTEK equipment.

HSP fixed scanning probe
HSP fixed scanning probe can provide excellent feedback accuracy. Compared to other contact displacement sensors, it has a greatly improved life span because there is no direct contact between sensing elements. The probe can still accurately feedback the position data under the condition of power failure and restart.
The probe can support a stylus system with a max. length of 800 mm for effective measurement of long and deep features. The automatic weight balance system equipped with the probe enables the probe to carry a stylus system configuration of up to 1000g.
The probe supports all standard measurement modes, such as single point detection, self-defined center and continuous high-speed scanning measurement, so as to achieve fast and accurate profile measurement.
The three-axis non-clamping measurement technology of the probe makes it always follow the normal direction of the measured component, effectively reducing cosine error and improving compensation accuracy.
TR50 articulated head

5-index automatically articulated head, range A: -115° to +90°, range B: ±180°, with a total number of 3024 positions. Rotation takes only 1s at single index angles, 2S at 90°, and supports scanning probes. The extensions up to 300 mm is supported, with the measurement accuracy up to 0.5 μm@100 mm (The distance between the ruby ball and the center of rotation on the A-axis).
